The greatest testimonial to the excellence of a St. Cassian education is the continuing academic success of our students and graduates, which include:

  • Students score in the top 15% on national standardized tests
  • 100% of graduates are admitted to the area’s most prestigious secondary schools, with many entering honors and advanced placement programs
  • 60% of graduating students receive scholarships to high school
  • 95% of our students are inducted into the National Junior Honor Society

St. Cassian School maximizes each student's potential through a challenging academic curriculum in an environment that is focused on Catholic-Christian values. The school is committed to academic excellence emphasizing a technology and arts-infused curriculum that develops each child intellectually, spiritually, socially, and physically.

St. Cassian School mentors the uniqueness of each child by addressing his or her multiple intelligences. What does this mean in practice? The love of writing may not come only from a writing assignment, but from an author who shares how life can develop into a book. The love for our country may not emanate from reading books about the Founding Fathers, but from being on the Mini Model Congress Team and hearing directly from politicians in Trenton about how difficult - and yet amazing - democracy is. The appreciation of history may not develop from a classroom lecture, but from creating a silent film about the "Roaring Twenties". The love of math may not come from a textbook, but through activities that integrate a S.T.R.E.A.M. approach, such as designing and building a bridge with classmates.

As a community of faith, St. Cassian students learn about the history, doctrine and practices of our Catholic Church. They pray together daily, attend Mass, and participate in community service projects, which develop and encourage a sense of responsibility in becoming conscientious and empathetic Christian members of society.

In summary, St. Cassian School prepares students not only to meet the challenges of the 21st century, but also be its leaders and champions.
