New Ipad Program Enhances Learning

It is with great excitement that we announce our new Ipad Program for the first and second grade . The program, which was made possible through a generous grant from the St. Cassian School Foundation , puts an ipad mini in the hands of every first and second grader.  Among the many educational benefits, the Ipad Program enables students to interact with the smart board during lessons, as well as, facilitates real-time assessment results. The Ipads also expose students to limitless online learning resources.  This past week, for example, the teachers incorporated IXL Math, ABC Mouse and online literature access to the learning process.

We are looking forward to the enhanced learning possibilities the ipads will bring to our students.  This program, along with the coming “Spheros Technology Program” for grades three through five, further solidifies our school’s leadership role in technology integration among elite schools in the county and state.
